2015 Wedding Photography Year in Review: 2015 has been such fun. I must admit though, the thought of picking a selection of pictures from the 15,000 or so I shot this year was quite a daunting one but I thoroughly enjoyed revisiting so many fabulous, happy days that it seemed to take no time at all.
This year I got to explore a bit too, taking in some great new Gloucestershire wedding venues along the way – Old Down Manor, Westonbirt School and Blaisdon Hall to name but a few. All were a real joy to work at and I’m certainly looking forward to heading back to them at some stage in 2016.
It was also a fitting end to the year to be nominated as a regional finalist for the Wedding Photographer of the Year Awards and to read the wonderful feedback left for me by so many of my couples who gave up their time to put pen to paper and vote for me. It’s not often I get called “a genius” (twice) and “a miracle worker”! Thank you all so much.
And to really hit the message home, I guess I wouldn’t be sitting here writing this if it wasn’t for my brilliant brides and grooms who put their faith in me to record such a precious time in their lives. We always, always had fun and I loved every minute of it.
So here is my selection of photographs from 2015. I really hope you get as much pleasure from these moments as I did from capturing them.
